Overview

Learn to spot burnout early, manage stress, and set boundaries with practical tools in this supportive workshop.

Tired of feeling tired? We're here to help you refill your battery.✨

As the end of the year approaches, aka one of the busiest times of the year for many of us, we can find ourselves burning out.

Juggling work, family, social commitments, and the emotional weight the festive season can bring. It’s a lot to carry, and often, burnout creeps in long before we realise it.

Join our trusted mentor Poppy for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you understand burnout, recognise the early warning signs, and explore practical, everyday strategies to manage stress before it takes over. Whether you’re overwhelmed at work, spinning too many plates, or simply feeling the seasonal pressure building - this session will give you tools to pause, reset, and take back control.🤗

In this workshop, we will cover:

• What burnout really looks like (and why it’s more than just “being tired”)

• The stress cycle and how to break it

• Simple, realistic techniques to support your wellbeing

• How to set boundaries that protect your time and energy

• Space to reflect on your own stress patterns and build a personalised plan

This workshop is open to anyone looking to better understand their stress and prevent burnout or support someone they care about. You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and equipped with practical tools you can use straight away.
