Green Home Grant Install – Solar

Bury Council declared a climate emergency in 2019 and has just finalised its Climate Action Strategy and Action Plan, which outline how we will achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2038.
We cannot do it alone; we need our businesses to get on board and drive us to our carbon neutral target in a commercial way.
As part of this challenge there are huge opportunities for businesses to adapt and thrive in a carbon neutral Bury. For example, it is estimated that the market for retrofitting houses to the scale that is necessary in Greater Manchester is worth £600m-£800m per annum.
