Service support session

This session is provided as part of the Bus Open Data Service, to enable users to interact with the Bus Open Data Service as effectively as possible.

What is the requirement?

In 2021 operators of local bus services are required to publish their data to the Bus Open Data Service (BODS), this includes three types of data: Timetables, AVL and Fares in certain formats.

Who is this session aimed at?

Operators - with agents, who would like to know more about the agent's process

Operators - who would like to understand if they could use an agent

Operators - who do not know how to create data for the service

Agents - agents to share information about their processes and offerings
