Bushcraft covers an abundance of outdoor skills, from building safe, and successful fires, to wittling useful tools, den buildling, knot tying, and much more.
These beginner sessions are for those who want to start learning these fabulous skills, if you already know basic bushcraft, these may not be advanced enough for you. Advised age range is 7-14.
Our Park Rangers will guide the group, in fun, memorable sessions, utilising Nottinghams wonderful nature reserves and wild spaces. You will be ancouraged to enagage with the learning aspect, but also use your creativity and imagination to make it extra special.
This session will be held at Sellers Wood Nature Reserve, a wonderful space in the North of the City. The Wood is very large, and consists of many habitats including an abundance of woodland, meadow and ponds.

There is plenty of parking on the street, be sure to stay clear of peoples driveways.
Adults are encouraged to join in, but it is not essential, please only book tickets for the explorers, and be sure to cancel if you cannot make to allow other people to book as spaces are limited.
