‘Come and Try’ Bushcraft & Survival Skills (Taster Session)
on Saturday 9th March from 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Norman Court has organised a ‘Come and Try’ Bushcraft and survival skills session as part of an initiative to encourage more people outdoors.
The session will run from 1.30pm - 4.30pm on Saturday 9th March. The half-day sessions are designed to give you a taste of Bushcraft and Survival Skills and will be delivered by fully qualified instructors. Among the skills being demonstrated are safe fire building, foraging and the construction of shelters.
Speaking about the upcoming events, instructor Andy said “I welcome these taster initiatives aimed at encouraging young people to embrace the great outdoors while at the same time learning some new survival skills and Bushcraft.”
The cost of the session is £5.00 per person (includes online booking fee), this must be booked in advance via Eventbrite. There will be refreshments available to purchase on the day.
