In this session we will be looking at the risks all small businessses face, from overdependence on one customer to the unexpected changes arising from governance or developments in technology.

We will give you the opportunity to voice concerns about the business that keep you awake at night and attempt to find solutions to reduce if not completely remove those sleepless nights.

The session will include an initial presentation followed by an open time of questions, answers and real world examples.

Bacon sandwiches with tea/coffee will be served and you are welcome to bring a friend. As mentioned at the last meeting, those who have attended before and bring a guest will receive a small gift by way of thank you!
