MODULE 1 BUSINESS ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

This workshop gives you the tools and understanding to Accelerate your business by giving you the skills to build a growth strategy and road map for the next 2-3 years of your business.

The Business Accelerator Programme consists of the following workshops

The Business Acceleration Programme is a programme that consists of 3 workshops and module 1 is High performance Business Growth Strategies which will give a deep dive into business planning, giving you the tools and skills to build a future growth strategy.

All three modules are run over three weeks (1 a week) attendance at all is not mandatory but we recommend completing all three workshops to take advantage of the experts in business and marketing who are delivering them.

Module 3 will be delivered online and in person once a month to bring the cohort who have attended the previous two modules together to learn and network in person.

ABOUT MODULE 1 - HIGH PERFORMANCE BUSINESS STRATEGY

This session takes you through the key components for building growth, which strategies are right for you and the business. We will look at how to measure the growth to keep the business on track to hit the 2–3-year vision, competitive analysis and measurement and techniques on how to take action.

This workshop with help in giving you the right mindset, the skills and knowledge on how to build a growth strategy, keeping your company on track and aligned for success, along with informing potential investors about your business.
