The Business Accelerator Programme consists of the following workshops

The Business Acceleration Programme is a programme that consists of 3 workshops and module 1 is High performance Business Growth Strategies which will give a deep dive into business planning, giving you the tools and skills to build a future growth strategy.

All three modules are run over three weeks (1 a week) attendance at all is not mandatory but we recommend completing all three workshops to take advantage of the experts in business and marketing who are delivering them.

Module 3 will be delivered online and in person once a month to bring the cohort who have attended the previous two modules together to learn and network in perso

About this workshop - MODULE 2 HIGH PERFORMANCE MARKETING

In this workshop we will provide you with the skills to develop a digital marketing strategy to boost your businesses growth goals and take you through how best to implement a marketing plan, concentrating on content and execution.

In this 3 hour workshop we will cover the following:

• Understanding your USP and how to differentiate from your competitors
• How to research your marketplace, segment the market and ultimately target it
• Getting to grips with google analytics and what this tells you about your customers
• Understanding the generations, polarisations in the market and positioning your brand
• and much much more.

Fully funded, this session is being delivered as part of the GetSet Solent programme, which is a two-year business support programme part-funded by the European Union. GetSet Solent offers specialist, free support to help businesses with the potential and ambition to grow, through a range of workshops, 1:1 support and access to a grant programme.
