This event is primarily for beginners based in or able to travel to the North West of England

You may have heard of or worked amongst Business Analysts before, but do you know what a Business Analyst does within the tech industry?

This virtual workshop will introduce you to the role of a Business Analyst within a team that designs for digital services and products. You’ll get a chance to learn some basics and actually do some tasks that would be carried out by a Business Analyst in real life. Our sessions are led by professionals practising in the industry, so you can ask specific questions.

Our Taster workshops are interactive, hands-on sessions that give our participants the opportunity to try out roles in a supportive and welcoming environment. You don't have to have any prior experience or even know what the role is. Come with your enthusiasm and an open mind.

DiverseTechNW is a series of FREE Taster sessions hosted by Diverse & Equal, for people curious about working in digital tech with little or no prior experience. We particularly welcome people from groups that are under-represented within the industry and based in the North West of England as any future physical events will take place at our home in Manchester.

Note: We are launching a bootcamp in the coming weeks and are seeking enthusiastic participants from an under-represented groups and living in or able to travel to the North West of England. These bootcamps are FREE* to participants -- more details will be provided in the Taster sessions.
