Opening in summer 2026, the new Eye Hospital being built on Sunderland Riverside is an exciting development for the city and for the future of eye care in the region.

STS Charity (registered charity number 1052366), the dedicated charity for South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, are inviting local businesses and organisations to come along to find out more about the new addition to the city from the project team, including Sunderland City Council.

There will also be an opportunity to find out about STS Charity's Visionaries Programme, how the new Eye Hospital will impact patient care and the community and a chance to network with other local businesses over a light breakfast.

Free to attend, places must be pre-booked. Please note the venue of this network meeting is Sunderland Eye Infirmary, Queen Alexandra Road, SR2 9HP
