Having some kind of planned strategy for your business is vital if you’re to achieve whatever goals you’ve set.

One of those needs to be an idea of when and how you’ll exit the business.

This event will take you through the Concord action-based system for business planning, which “helps leaders engage their teams in delivering a defined program for success” and is designed to open your mind to next-generation thinking to drive value, deliver outcomes and engage your people at all levels.

The session will be made up of four interactive learning experiences to deliver a successful exit or take your business to the next level:
1. Goals everyone loves - establishing goals which are tangible, personal and binary can focus your people on the correct behaviours to smash your targets.
2. Reverse-engineer your success - why the common-sense approach we use in our personal lives can greatly enhance your work. The power of the human brain and how it can save you time, money and effort.
3. Small changes, big results - How to identify the small tipping points that can create unstoppable momentum in your business and deliver stakeholder needs.
4. Identifying value in your organisation - How a change in focus can identify the value streams in your organisation that build asset value and drive increased profits

Ewan Menzies

Speaker: Ewan Menzies, Director of Castle Strategy, Mount Parnassus, Concord and CTA Global.

After an early career in education, Ewan Menzies entered the management sphere in 2000 and has worked for a variety of medium and large organisations in the private, public and third sectors since.
