Have you got foreign nationals working for your organisation? This session is a brief update on how Brexit, as we currently know it will, impact on EU/ EEA and other foreign nationals. In particular, the session will cover their rights to live and work in the UK, Settled Status and the general employment and immigration implications for employers and employees alike.

Paul Brown is a partner of the full service national law firm Anderson Strathern and as accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law.
