Throughout the evening Leanne will discuss her own personal burn out story and share 10 health hacks for more sleep, less stress and better overall health – all from her latest book ‘Rise and Shine: Recover from burnout and get back to your best’.
This workshop will give you the tools you need to mitigate the damaging effects of chronic stress and how to avoid burnout.
