Are you still on the market for a new opportunity? Are you receptive to being coached and mentored? Could you be capable of great things and helping others achieve great things?
I've recently gone full-time with my own venture after only a few months in this global business. Most people start with a few hours per week, building to part-time and then going full-time over the course of a few years. Not me, I've taken the plunge because I wanted to free up time to accelerate the growth of my business, dedicate more time to helping others and creating capacity to get shit done! I hope for my sake, and my three kids, that it takes off...I've got every confidence that it will as I'm not alone; I've got the support of some of the greatest leaders in this global organisation right on my doorstep in Fife!
I got involved in this business because I've had a lot of perceived success in my career. Perceived success is different from actual success! As the Director of a start-up recruitment organisation I managed to get the business operating to the point that it actually turned over £3.8m in the very first year. Pretty impressive, huh?! Well not exactly. Not when you factor in 70+ hour working weeks, prolonged stress, exhaustion and untold pressure on personal relationships. Perceived success!
I've been introduced to an industry that I'd never heard of before. An industry endorsed by Richard Branson. An industry that is bristling with opportunity and a company that's capitalising on market trends with unbelievable products and opportunity for good people.
It's not a get-rich-quick scheme. It's far from it, but what it is, is an opportunity to achieve massive success from your hard work and following the proven steps of the training that you'd receive.
Paige Riffle is visiting us from the US and she's a top leader in our organisation who has earned over $5m from her success in the business. She'll be hosting an event to talk about her story, the industry and giving the attendess an overview of the business that we represent.
Fancy joining us for a cuppa on Sunday?
The event itself will be informal, informative and hopefully enlightening for you. Bring along a friend or even someone that you'd see yourself going into partnership with. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised...
