Rob Hemsley - is an experienced Business Development professional with a multi-sector, multi-country background, spanning 25 years.

With extensive experience in cold new business, forging long standing relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Rob’s expertise in market/client development and stakeholder engagement is extensive.

Having successfully utilised all cold BD techniques, from direct sales to cold calls/email, to personalised LinkedIn DM outreach. Rob now dedicates his time to helping others to create, start and exceed with their own Business Development approach.

Liz Hemsley - is an experienced HR and Learning & Development professional with 24 years’ experience.

Having worked for global enterprises, Liz is a collaborative and commercial specialist. Her expertise and experience has spanned various industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution and energy.

Liz has delivered a vast amount of people development work, including successful Management Development Training programmes.

Liz now helps others to gain clarity through effective learning.

Frequently asked questions

Will there be breaks during the event?

Absolutely, each Bootcamp includes at least two scheduled breaks within the 4-hour session. We know how important it is to stay focused and refreshed, so you’ll have time to grab a drink, stretch your legs, and come back ready to dive back in.

Will I be able to cancel after booking?

Need to postpone? No problem! If you’re unable to attend, you can reschedule to a future Bootcamp (subject to availability) at any time up to 48 hours before your booked session begins. We run them frequently each month, so there will be plenty of options.

Will I be given a personalised Business Development Plan at the end of the event?

You won’t be handed a generic plan. Instead, you’ll create your own personalised Business Development Action Plan during the Bootcamp. It will be tailored to your business, built by you, and ready to implement immediately after the session.

Will I be able to work with other delegates?

Yes! You’ll be partnered up and placed into small groups (depending on numbers) to take part in interactive exercises and challenges. These are designed to help you gain clarity, share ideas, and develop techniques for your BD Action Plan. You’ll also have the chance to stay connected afterwards.

What will the 60 minute group follow up call entail?

The follow-up call is a chance for shared reflection, peer support, and accountability. It’s a relaxed, online group session where Bootcamp attendees reconnect to share progress, challenges, and wins from their post-Bootcamp experience. It’s also a space to offer ideas, and ask questions.

What will the 60 minute follow up with Rob Hemsley entail?

This 1:1 follow-up session is entirely optional. It’s there if you’d like extra support. Rob will be available to help you refine your Business Development plan, answer questions, and offer personalised advice, tips, and ideas. If things are going well, brilliant! But if not, let's talk.

Will there be more dates, more Bootcamps?

Yes. we’ll be running multiple sessions of each Bootcamp, with new topics being added over time. So there’ll be plenty of opportunities to join us and continue building valuable knowledge, skills, and momentum.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds, as the Bootcamp is already priced to offer exceptional value. However, we understand that plans can change. Which is why you’re welcome to reschedule to any future Bootcamp within 6 months of your original booking (subject to availability). We run them regularly, every month.

Why does the 'Checkout' say £540?

The checkout is simply the total cost, which shows the included VAT element. Therefore £450 + £90 VAT
