Business Development: Outsourcing and Resourcing

This workshop will take businesses through the fundamental aspects of developing and growing a business. It will explore aspects of outsourcing and resourcing and the benefits and risks of doing so. It will look at managing growth, challenges with people, and managing the financial aspects. Businesses will take away with an action plan to take back into their business.
The workshop is designed for start-ups and SMEs, who are looking to develop their business, grow it and take it to the next level in terms of sales, margins, market share and profitability. This work shop is designed to help business to unlock their potential.

The Participants will learn new skills and strategies designed to help their business grow. Developing a business strategy, set goals, understand business Mission and vision. Have a marketing plan that will give them a competitive advantage.

Building Legacies is a fully funded enterprise growth and procurement support programme which provides tailored solutions for London-based SMMEs seeking a competitive business advantage.
The programme, a partnership of private and public sector organisations, is a flagship local business growth and procurement support project of the East London Business Place (ELBP) Canary Wharf Group and Newham College of Further Education’s Centre for Innovation & Partnerships (CIPs).
Part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the purpose of this initiative is to deliver a sustained support programme tackling gaps in SMEs’ growth, innovation, contract-readiness and knowledge of procurement and supply-chain requirements over a three year programme from 2016 to 2019.
