Event description

Our Training and Events Team has been working hard to ensure that the quality of our training does not differ despite no longer being in the classroom. We understand the importance of interacting with tutors and engaging with other delegates, and this has been prioritised when transferring our courses onto an online platform.

This course will be delivered virtually via Zoom and divided into manageable sessions. The content remains the same as the in-house version of the course and the group size is still limited to allow the same level of interaction to take place between delegates and the tutor(s).

This hands on half-day coaching workshop teaches you the practical skills of building and managing high-performance teams, and is based on a decade’s experience mentoring more than 80 CEOs in the construction and design industry.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

  • Empower your team to step up, take ownership and become the next leaders of your organisation
  • Build management time into the week whilst balancing other leadership priorities
  • Tailor your management style to different personality types within your team
  • Appreciate the importance of cultural fit when building a team
  • Run effective team meetings

Intended for

Practice owners and senior director-level staff of ambitious big-vision small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
