Course Description & Aims / Objectives:

Understanding your business needs, when the costs are rising its very important.

During the workshop we will look at:

• Key Sustainability Indicators – you will review these and see how your business is doing against them.

• Cash Flow Forecasting – Developing a Forward-looking Cash Flow Forecast will enable you to take the right action early on to ensure the long-term sustainability of your business. We will provide you with a spreadsheet developed for Childcare Businesses that you will be able to use for your setting, enabling you to plan for the future.

• Marketing – we will look at different ways of marketing your setting.
