Business Futures Forum Event at Rehau Ltd
Wed 26 April 2017, 16:30 – 18:30 BST
On 26th April, Rehau Ltd, based in Ross -on-Wye, will be opening its doors for the latest Business Futures Forum event, to offer an insight into the company and more specifically how the topic of sustainablity is addressed. Rehau Ltd is part of a privately owned, global company and the HQ for the UK business has been based in Herefordshire since 1995. Rehau Ltd is a polymer processing company and manufactures a wide range of polymer based products for the Construction, Industrial and Automotive sectors and most noted for PVC windows and doors. Through its investment in a recycling facility Rehau now has a closed loop for recycled material and is able to reuse this in the manufacture of the latest systems - not just ensuring a sustainable business model, but also protecting its customers from the volatility of raw material markets post Brexit.
Members of the Window Solutions Division will give a talk on the recent launch of the co-extruded profile which utilises recycled PVC recovered from the increasing number of first generation PVC windows that are now being replaced. The talk will be followed by a tour of the company and Bavarian themed refreshments of sausages and beer are being offered.
