About this event
For established or growing businesses in Oxfordshire only!
As small-medium business owners it can be hard to deliver the day job whilst keeping an eye on the future of your business and adapting to change.
Peer Networks provide the time, space and skill sets to step back and move forwards on challenging issues. Working in a small group, for a focused period of time, you can make progress faster on things that matter to you in your business. You'll find that your fellow group members have been in your position and have valuable perspectives to share.
Past attendees have described the experience as 'like having an independent board who completely has your back'. We’ve seen people solve long standing issues in just a matter of weeks or adopt liberating fresh perspectives.
We’ve run dozens of Peer Networks over the past 4 years and always find that they are time very well spent. We’d say don’t overlook this as just another networking opportunity. The benefits are much greater than the time you’ll invest.
Eligibility
• You must be an Oxfordshire business, established and trading for 12 months+
• An ambition for growth or innovation
• Must be able to commit to all the sessions
The group will meet via zoom on Mondays between 8:00am - 10:00am
(10th Nov, 17th Nov, 24th Nov, 1st Dec, 8th Dec, 15th Dec)

Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) scheme
The Growth Hub programme operates a Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) scheme. All SMEs which receive support under this programme are being aided under the UK Subsidy Control Act (2022) and The Subsidy Control (Gross Cash Amount and Gross Cash Equivalent) Regulations (2022 No. 1186).
MFA allows a beneficiary to receive up to £315,000 of Subsidy over a three-fiscal year period (i.e. the current and previous two fiscal years). The value of MFA given is the gross cash amount or the gross cash equivalent of the subsidy. The MFA value of this webinar is £4344.00.
At the end of each financial year, we are required to tell you the total amount of support you have received from Enterprise Oxfordshire. By signing up to the event you are consenting to us holding your data in line with our Privacy Policy - OxLEP Business to allow us to do this. We will only send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting if you opt in to marketing.
