Aim – To support business owners/managers in identifying the ideal customers and then methodologies for connecting and winning business and retaining the best customers
Without doubt the most important asset in any business is its customers but as without these quite simply there isn't a business. However, not all customers are equal and many business owners and managers fall into the trap of attracting customers that are totally unsuitable for them and their products. This workshop will consider the issues of not only winning new customers appropriate to the style of the company but also how important it is to retain customers as on the techniques that can be employed to do so.
Mark Butchard is our specialist consultant who focuses on Strategic Business Planning - he'll be delivering this useful workshop to take participants through some key areas to consider when looking to grow their business.
Agenda…
1. The different type of customers businesses might have
2. Selecting the best customers for you (targeting)
3. Communicating with your target customers
4. Now you’ve got them you need to keep them
5. Growing with your loyal customers
