Open Space (OST) is a facilitated, agile method for holding meetings and conferences where a central theme or question is set, participants self organise to create their own agenda from topics they are passionate about and responsible for. This makes it exceptionally powerful and valuable.

The Business Improvement Network is a group of over 1,600 leaders and managers, drawn from hundreds of organisations, interested in improving business and businesses. We have members who are in business improvement, lean, culture, finance, M&A, growth, org development, HR, sales and so forth

Business Improvement, as a wider concept, extends to improving all elements of business from leadership, relationships and sales, to culture, engagement and productivity. Failure to improve and develop businesses can lead to you becoming irrelevant and broke.
