The programme consists of 4 workshops:-
Workshop 1 - 7th October. Delegates are set up to understand change management and agree an area for improvement within their business, enabling them to write a Project Charter. They will understand how to create an environment for continuous improvement of processes applying the Lean, Agile, Six Sigma approach.
Workshop 2 - 4th November. Practical experience of the problem solving tools that can be used back in the workplace to deliver the chosen project. Gain an understanding of data collection for analysis for the process, expose waste and explore root cause analysis.
Workshop 3 - 24th November. A practical day where delegates practice using the problem solving tools in a simulation leading to improvement.
Workshop 4 - 9th December. Delegates focus on workplace organisation techniques, the application of quality and efficient procedures and demonstrate the impact of improvements.
