Today’s industry is characterised by rapid change. Near constant innovation is being driven by accelerating technology change, market uncertainty and new disruptors, but there is a growing need for this innovation to be ethical, sustainable and inclusive. Gone are the days of tech disruptors ‘moving fast and breaking things’. Greater public scrutiny of business, a more aware workforce and clear drive towards more purposeful business demands responsibility and a business culture that puts people at its heart.

Hosted by Rolls-Royce in partnership with Business in the Community’s Digital Champions Network, this event will:

• Discuss the need and methods behind responsible innovation with leading business experts.

• Share the tools, case studies and network needed to identify and mitigate unintended consequences of your new developments.

• Explore Rolls-Royce’s approach to their culture change.

This event will include a keynote from a leading expert on technology and innovation strategy, followed by two sessions: ‘Innovating Responsibly’ and ‘People, Culture and Transformation’.

This work will build on Rolls-Royce’s commitments as part of the Digital Champions Network and Business in the Community’s work to ensure that this digital revolution is inclusive, sustainable and ethical.
