A workshop to explore the process and the use of tools
You will work in groups with shared problems and data.delivering a solution strategy that has clarity, is compelling and justified.
You will learn tools and techniques to tackle change giving you the gravitas to solve complex problems and delivering solutions that have impact.
As well as leaving with a solid understanding and ability to manage change you will be givern a toolkit containing e-books on change and a set of e-tools for managing your ideas.
Workshops run by experts: Dr Steve Moran
Steve works with clients to develop their skills necessary to deal with issues concerning Change and Innovation.
He also consults directly with clients on matters concerning ideation, systems, operations research, product design and organisational change. He has a doctorate in innovation management, 35 years of experience covering R&D, innovation, technology, systems and software. He is a presently member of the Operations Research Society.
Steve’s expertise has helped organisations improve their services both locally and across the UK.
