The purpose of this session is to help third-sector leaders develop the confidence and clarity to relating to finance and financial management. We will explore key financial principles, strategies, tools, and best practices involved in managing finances effectively for the 3rd sector.
These sessions have been designed to be participatory in nature & as such will be led by industry experts, to support the wider third sector. To enable everyone to get the maximum from each event, we will have a smaller group of around 20-30 people per session.
Please note that lunch will not be provided during this session, but light refreshments will be.
Dress code: We don’t stipulate a dress code at our events, but we recommend dressing as if you’re meeting new clients. The most important thing is that you’re comfortable.
