The head of Interflora’s consumer team is set to be the keynote speaker at our May networking lunch, to be held at The Cosy Club in Nottingham from midday on Thursday 16 May

Lyn Davies, who studied and now lives in Nottingham, heads up the flower and gift delivery giant’s marketing, ecommerce, customer care and experience team at Interflora – the community of 1,000 independent local florists and the collaborations started in 1923 with the aim of bringing people together with flowers when they couldn’t be together in person.

Lyn will take you behind the scenes on what the company is calling its “boldest reinvention in 100 years” as it plans to pivot its business towards a younger audience.

She will talk about Interflora’s change programme with a focus on how the business went from research to a purpose focus and the changes Lyn and her team are making to its marketing and customer experience.
