Business Modelling Workshop: Introduction to Lean Canvas
Tue 17 May 2016, 18:30 – 21:00 BST
"I know I need to write a business plan, but I'm not sure how to do it."
"I've done one, then my business changed...now I can't be bothered with it anymore. It takes too much time."
If you can relate to one of these sentences, then this workshop is for you!
The good news: Writing a business plan doesn't have to be daunting or time-consuming to start with.
In this workshop you will be introduced to a tool called the Lean Canvas which will allow you to create your business plan on one page.
In the startup community, this is widely acknowledged as THE most actionable and proactical tool for business planning, as it focuses on customer problems, solutions and key metrics.
With hundreds of different things you could be doing when starting out, the Lean Canvas will help you focus on the 2 or 3 things that should take top priority in your product validation process.
