Focusing exclusively on women in business fulfilling a business development role, Athena was founded to provide women with inspiring opportunities to meet and engage with business owners and decision makers from diverse industry sectors, from large corporate to sole traders.

Athena offers PROSESSIONAL EXCLUSIVITY in each group so that cross-referring can flow and results are more powerful. Each group typically has a representative from each of a wide range of industry sectors, attracting a highly stimulating mix of professionals. The Athena Network has now 130+ groups in the UK, with around 1500 members.

In early 2020 the network pivoted to virtual Zoom meetings and the results Athena members get are even more powerful. The Athena community has grown stronger and is embracing now business women from different parts of the globe.

Athena members have now the opportunity of virtually attending meetings all over the UK and abroad. We are a truly global, thriving, dynamic, ever expanding community of likeminded business women.

18th JUNE 2020, in a changed world and a changed but equally efficient - if not more - ways of doing business, I have launched The Athena Network in BRISTOL. A great number of highly committed, professional, generous business women is now flying the flag of Athena in the West Counties.
