Fleet Recruitment has teamed up with one of Middlesbrough's best known eateries to work on an exciting project to provide free cooked breakfasts and a hot drink for the homeless of Middlesbrough.
This amazing project is predicted to start in November. Goodbodys Eaterie, based on Albert Road, will open their doors to those in most need of help in the Tees Valley. Their business development director, Jane Hunt, is passionate about supporting the regions homeless and this joint venture will ensure hundreds of people enjoy hot food in a warm and comfortable environment.
Fleet Recruitment is supporting Jane's efforts by running a business networking event aimed at raising money for this worthy and exciting project.
The event starts at 1600hrs and on arrival there will be snacks, tea and coffee made available. For half an hour there will be open networking, before we take our seats and start a round of business introductions – Your chance to stand up and tell the room about you, your business, the types of companies you would like to engage with and why customers choose you.
Our networking events are always well attended and the feedback we have received about our previous events has been outstanding.
We are asking for a donation £12.50 per employee that attends the event, all of which will be used by Jane and the team Goodbodys Eaterie to feed the homeless. To open their doors to so many people who would most likely be turned away from most restaurants is wonderful and we really hope you can join this brilliant business networking event to play a small part in making a huge difference.
