About this Event

Business Planning: It's not just the numbers

A Hospitality Masterclass

Having a thorough and well thought through business plan is an essential part of running and managing any business. Knowing your customers, your competitors, market trends and financials should be non-negotiables.

Effective business planning isn’t just about the numbers and focusing on internal activity, it’s just as much about knowing what’s going on outside your business.

And knowing your core customers goes without saying but knowing who all your potential customers are, is even more helpful when it comes to business planning.

Our latest masterclass will focus on business planning for hospitality businesses and how having a robust plan can ensure your business is operating at its most competitive.

Led by hospitality strategist Jon Yantin of Stake Concepts, the day will be a mixture of presentations and practical group work that will help you take a renewed focus to business planning.

Who should attend?

Cornish hospitality business owners, leaders, MDs, GMs and senior managers motivated to improve business performance through learning, sharing and collaborating.

What you will gain?

  • Understanding of the importance of customer profiling
  • Greater insight into revenue streams
  • Alternative methods on how to build the most effective P&L
  • Increased confidence to become a more effective leader
  • Support in overcoming your business challenges
  • Growth of your own personal network of like-minded Cornish business leaders
