As part of our first cohort of cooperatives, we're inviting everyone to join us to work on their business plans.

Description:
This workshop is part of the Co-operative Islington project & funded by Islington Council.
This course will introduce participants to the Flow Canvas planning approach where your cooperative team can achieve the results you deserve with your 1-Page Plan.
During the course we will take you through each of the nine elements that will produce a working business plan for your cooperative.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this course participants will:
Have been introduced to the Flow Canvas tool
Have online resources to complete a business plan
Have practised working through all nine elements of a business plan
Feel confident enough to introduce a business planning process to the cooperative team
This workshop is part of the Co-operative Islington project & funded by Islington Council. Douglas Racionzer, who will be facilitating the workshop, is a social entrepreneur with a personal imperative to engage communities to dream and flourish, organising with them and empowering their lives. He has years of experience working with economic development programmes and is currently working as a community development manager on Gillett Square in Hackney.
