Welcome to the GetSet For Growth program for trading businesses, in Poole, Christchurch and Bournemouth, looking for support to grow their businesses. Our marketing and finance support is fully funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
This workshop is designed to help you put a solid strategy in place for your business, whether you've been trading a few years or just a few months and it covers creating your roadmap to success.
Many businesses are daunted by the prospect of writing a business plan but the benefits to your business are clear. A good business plan focuses the mind as well as helping to secure finance and support business growth.
In this workshop we'll discuss these benefits in more detail and focus on the key elements you'll need to create including your operational plan, marketing strategy and financial controls.
