This evening workshop will touch on the issues of balancing the need for planning our own development with the need to deliver the work for our clients. It will include presentations on tools and approaches for business planning specifically for consultants with opportunities for discussing and sharing experiences. The workshop will also offer freelance consultants a valuable networking opportunity.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will have the opportunity to learn the benefits and practicalities of:
- Constructing a business model for consulting
- Creating a forward plan
- Approaches to support implementation
