1. Aim of the workshops

We introduce the fundamentals for starting and managing a business.The importance of proven business planning and getting to grips with the figures in your business.


Essential knowledge and more detailed training will be provided in the series of workshops that follow.


We strongly recommend that you book for this series covering business planning and finance with simple and practical steps to achieving profitable growth.


Workshop 1:

  • Why write a Business Plan? What happens if you don't? When should you write one?

  • Who is it for?

  • The basics of Sound Financial Management and SoundFinances.


Workshop 2:

  • What can you learn from Management Accounts and Howcan analysing the numbers Help Your Decision Making and Forward Planning

If you need a business plan but don't know where to start, this if for you.

If you like a better understanding of your business finances then this is for you.

Any business owner/manager in start-up or early post-start phase. Also applicable for those engaged in managing social enterprises and charities.

Stanley is one of the most Senior Business Advisors in West London dealing with start-ups and SMEs assisting them to access and raise finance, writing business plans on a one to one basis and as a trainer in workshops and seminars. He is familiar with publicly funded (EU and GLA) finance and business support initiatives and has delivered start-up programmes for Hillingdon Council, Hayes Regeneration, Heathrow City Partnership, and Southall Business Centre. He is an Associate of Harrow In Business and a senior consultant with Gateway Asia that supports start-ups and SMEs to access business and investment opportunities within emerging markets.
