This Workshop will build upon a basic understanding of business planning which would have been covered in the morning workshop. We will do a 10-minute introduction/refresher covering this earlier session.

We will focus much more on the details of building a business model, financial forecast, and getting funds, as well as how this would be used to help develop a pitch deck. We will help you identify Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We will examine growth strategies and who and when to build the team. This workshop is intended for individuals who want to know more about business planning and provides more information from the morning session.

About the Speaker

Chris has over 30 years of experience operating at a senior level with organisations. He now provides business advice to SMEs, acting as a critical friend; he also delivers training on Business planning. His background is in IT, and he spent most of his corporate life working with secure public sector clients. His work with SMEs draws on his corporate background and helps SMEs with the digitisation of their business, strategic business planning, financial outlooking, and general support. He works with companies of any size, from startups to large corporations
