Event Details

These four sessions are aimed at those starting or running a business that wish to look at their plans in greater detail and be able to use them to guide the business operations.

In short the course aims to make sure your ladder is against the right wall before you start painting and that you have the right coloured paint. Hopefully you will see potential mistakes on paper rather than having to dig yourself out of trouble.

What are the current goals and aspirations of the company and owners?

What are the current plans and activities? If we stick to this plan, or continue doing what we currently do, will it deliver against the goals and aspirations of the company and its owners?

Are there gaps from current to desired position not addressed by the current plan? Are we using the resources, capabilities identified in session 1 to meet our goals?

From session 1 and 2 the aim is to find the gaps in our current plans and activities that need to be addressed if we are to meet the goals and aspirations of the company and own.
