If Self Employment is confirmed as the overall goal, then creating a business plan is one of the first stages in the process. This workshop focuses on how to create and structure an effective business plan identifying key elements of what a business plan should comprise of, such as aims and objectives, marketing plan, legal obligations and a SWOT analysis. We also take a look at a template in order to display how this works in practice
