All businesses need a business plan whether it is to gain investors, a bank loan or simply to provide the owner a roadmap for the activities of the business. This workshop will look at the structure of a good plan, what information is required to complete it and how to develop key metrics to measure success. For businesses with staff it can also serve as a communication tool to ensure everyone is aligned to support it.
