Business Planning Workshop

As business owners, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by endless tasks, meetings, deadlines and other pressures. Adding in family life and other personal commitments can complicate things even further.

Equally, a lot of time can be taken up by working in our businesses. The day is taken up by dealing with the day to day, rather than taking time for more strategic oversight - working on our businesses rather than just in them. The result is that we can lose our sense of direction and start to wonder what we're doing or where we're going - and even why we're doing it. And even the best business plans can end up gathering dust.

Supported by our highly experienced business coaching team, this workshop is designed to help you revisit your plans and your goals, and to spend time thinking about your strategy for the rest of the year.

You will begin by reviewing the first six months of 2022 and identifying key achievements and learning points. Then we will forecast forward and re-commit to your goals and your direction - putting in place plans to make the rest of the year a success (whatever success means to you).
