Business Rates Workshop
Join the Tower Hamlets Business Rates Team either online or in person on Monday 22nd September for the next in our series of Business Rates Workshops. We'll demystify many of the complex aspects of business rates and help you navigate key challenges.
We are also delighted to confirm we will once again be joined in this workshop by colleagues from the Valuations Office Agency to provide further information and answer your questions.
This event will cover all you need to know to understand and manage your business rates effectively, including:

- What is a Material Change in Circumstances (MCC)? If something external (e.g., roadworks, flooding) affects your property’s value, you can apply for an MCC review.
- Why is my rateable value different from the rent I pay?
