The GetSet Solent Business Strategies for Growth workshop is a deep dive into business planning.

This session takes you through the key components for a quality business plan, including summaries, products and services, business marketplace and competitors, marketing and sales, teams, operations, policies and financial forecasting.

Business plans are an essential document for any business with a growth mindset, keeping your company on track and aligned for success, along with informing potential investors about your business.

Fully funded, this session is being delivered as part of the GetSet Solent programme, which is a two-year business support programme part-funded by the European Union. GetSet Solent offers specialist, free support to help businesses with the potential and ambition to grow, through a range of workshops, 1:1 support and access to a grant programme.
