If you’re started a business but are stuck wondering how to set goals to develop and grow the business, then this session is you! In this workshop we will help you understand how to identify and set personal and business goals, analyse key information, and effectively plan for the future of your business.

During the workshop we will cover:

• Analysing the market

• Creating SMART goals

• Planning your business strategy for the future

• Identifying opportunities for growth.

Led by an enterprise advisor who will share his knowledge and experience, this workshop will provide you with guidance on how you can identify realistic business goals, create SMART objectives and analyse the market to identify opportunities for future growth.

We will help you to understand the importance of business strategy and provide you with practical, introductory guidance which can be used again and again to help build an effective business strategy and grow your business.

Are you eligible to attend?

You must be based in Bristol and fill in your full name and address details during the Eventbrite registration process. Our courses are open to pre-start businesses and early-start businesses within their first two years of trading.

After registering for the course, you will be sent an enrolment from which you must complete before attending the workshop. If we do not receive it in good time it may mean that we are unable to send you the Zoom details to access the workshop.

The Zoom details for the workshop will be sent to you the evening before the workshop takes place, this email will be sent via Eventbrite so please keep an eye out for it.

Outset is a specialist service supporting people to start, launch and grow their own business. We focus on building your confidence and skills and help you to learn the key knowledge areas to build a successful and sustainable new enterprise. We offer specialist learning and support through a mixed programme of workshops, events, online resources and 1:2:1 support, delivered by our team of enterprise advisors.

All the support run by North and East Bristol Support is free to access as the programme is funded by Bristol City Council and West of England Combined Authority. Currently all our events are being held online via Zoom.
