Business Valuations – An interactive workshop

Chris Brazier from Azets will explore with participants various business valuation methodologies and in which each situation might be applied. The session will be interactive, including case studies, and Chris will be available to answer any valuation questions you might have either before, during or after the event.

About the speaker: Chris advises on a broad range of transactions involving SMEs, including trade acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and fundraising assignments. Chris heads up Azets valuation offering, preparing valuations either as part of his transactional work or for a variety of other purposes, including financial reporting, EMI scheme set up, incorporations and probate. He also advises the firm’s Forensic accounting team on valuation aspects of shareholder disputes and matrimonial cases.
