Join us for the regular Giant Academy meet-up.
This month our theme is "Business Vision".
What happens when you have a clear and compelling vision for your business?
We've seen successful businesses put in place the kind of vision that gets everybody pulling in the same direction. They use it to give focus to their development and as a beacon to attract good staff and like-minded customers. If you pitch it right and are true to your values, people really buy-in to what you're about. But how do you get to that point - and how do you get back on track if you've lost focus?
Our interviewee for February is Adrian Lomas. After hearing from Adrian, we'll have a short group exercise to share everybody's experiences and learning about business vision. We’ll also experiment with some simple techniques as useful take-away tools.
