The Cheshire Cookery School are delighted to offer the Butchery course once again and teach you how to make the most of a whole lamb.
This is an informative full day demonstration course that allows you to be ‘hands on expert tuition. The course is demonstration based but attendees are encouraged to assist through participation. Attendees will then replicate dishes as demonstrated by our chef. The course will suit those individuals wanting to simply learn more or those who may want to gain practical experience for taking your own lamb to the next stage.
