Ever wondered how we seam cut a feather blade into flat iron steaks or frankly, what the flat iron cut is? Well, now's your chance to find out as we're opening the doors of our in house butchery for beef fans to book themselves in for a 45 minute masterclass. These demonstrations with butcher Jordan are run Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm, for 45 minutes and they're only a tenner.
