Buxted ~ Chadao Tea Ceremony

The need for slowing down and just being is at its peak right now.

Through slowing down and feeling, sensing, tasting, being ~ we start engaging with the world in an entirely new way. The way that feels intimate and magical full of simple miracles in the ordinary things. We start feeling the depth of each moment. We experience complete fulfilment.

The art of fulfilment is lost for many of us, because we do and run and think and consume, and we rarely stop to savour, to appreciate, to receive what we do or consume.

Tea Ceremony is an amazing medicine that gently nudges us to slow down, engage our senses and through that open our heart to life itself.

The seating is done on the floor, and there will be plenty of cushions . After tea we will share some healthy snacks.

We are looking forward to sharing a bowl of tea with you all!

This event is held in a private residence close to Buxted Station in East Sussex. The exact address will be sent you upon booking.
