We’re delighted to welcome Phil Jones MBE, Managing Director of Brother UK, for a live Q&A with Adam Jupp, Chair of BW3.

Phil joined Brother in 1994 as a salesperson and worked his way up to lead the UK business in 2013. A recognised business leader and advocate for purposeful leadership, he brings a wealth of experience in driving innovation, developing talent, and building strong business cultures. In 2016, he was awarded an MBE for Services to Business, and holds fellowships with the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Directors, and the Institute of Sales Professionals.

This informal and engaging conversation will explore Phil’s leadership journey, the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today, and his thoughts on how companies can make a real difference in their communities.
