BWC ZOOM Antenatal 1st Time Parents - ONE DAY Course FRIDAY

THIS COURSE WILL BE RUN ONLINE VIA ZOOM - YOU WILL RECEIVE THE LOG-IN A WEEK BEFORE THE START OF THE SESSION.

When attending the course, please ensure that your camera is on. This is for the comfort and security of all participants. Make sure that the name displayed on Zoom is your actual name.

If you are booked with another hospital, please note that you will not be able to attend.

This is an "All In A Day" course for women either on their own or with a birth partner/companion. It is for parents.

Date: Friday 10 October - first-time parents 10:00am - 4:30pm

This course will be taught by Bridget Supple.

We aim to cover the process of labour and birth, stages of labour, when to come in and what to bring, getting labour started, and medical induction, managing pain, self-help techniques, birth, assisted birth, caesarean birth and some practical baby care skills.

Try to attend your course between 30 and 35 weeks.
